Terms and Condition

How to Book with Us
To book any of the safaris listed on our website, simply fill out our online form, including the relevant safari code and all required information, and submit it. Indicate your planned tour date and preferred itinerary. We will promptly respond with a quotation and availability. Once you confirm with us, we will secure your reservation and send you a confirmed invoice as proof of the services booked.

Deposit
In some cases, we may require a deposit to secure accommodations. The remaining balance must be cleared before the safari commences.

Payments
We accept payments via wire transfers.

Responsibility
Travel carries a degree of risk. Bookings are accepted on the condition that Wild Signature Safaris acts only as an agent for clients in matters relating to hotels, sightseeing, restaurants, and all transportation services included in the tour. We purchase services from suppliers and independent contractors, whose warranties and representations are beyond our control. These services are subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers.

We reserve the right to substitute hotels of similar status and modify itineraries where necessary due to adverse road or weather conditions, airline schedule disruptions, or other valid reasons. While precautions are taken to ensure passenger safety and comfort, Wild Signature Safaris and its agents shall not be liable for deaths, injuries, or other losses arising from events beyond our control, including terrorism, natural calamities, government actions, accidents, or supplier errors.

All baggage is carried at the passenger’s own risk. We reserve the right to exclude certain baggage at our discretion. Airlines providing flight services within Kenya are subject to international air conventions that limit liability, as stated on the back of airline tickets. These conventions form part of the terms and conditions of this package.

Reservations and Payments

  • All prices are quoted in US dollars.
  • Payments are accepted in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
  • A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking.
  • The balance must be cleared at least 35 days before the tour commences.
  • For bookings made 20 days or less before departure, full payment is required.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking if these terms are not met.

Tour Prices
Prices quoted include transportation as per the itinerary, full board accommodation in lodges, half board in beach hotels, and bed and breakfast in city hotels. Prices do not include visa fees, local departure taxes, excess baggage charges, tips, or personal expenses such as drinks, laundry, and phone calls. Rates are subject to change based on prevailing tariffs.

Passports and Visas
Valid passports are required for travel. Check with your travel agent or Wild Signature Safaris for the latest visa requirements.

Tour Alterations
We reserve the right to alter tour arrangements or cancel operations as necessary. Additionally, we may decline to accept any person as part of a group. Refunds for such cases will be equitable and based on specific circumstances.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will depend on the timing of the cancellation:

  • 40–60 days prior: Full refund less $40 administration fee
  • 14–35 days prior: 25% of the tour price
  • 2–14 days prior: 40% of the tour price
  • Under 2 days or no-shows: No refund

Liability
Wild Signature Safaris acts as an agent for accommodation, transport, and tours and is not liable for loss, delay, injury, accident, or damage arising during the passenger’s journey. The company may subcontract services, and liability for such services will be governed by applicable laws.

Baggage is handled with utmost care but is carried at the passenger’s risk. Baggage insurance is strongly recommended. We are not liable for additional expenses or losses due to changes in airline schedules, delays, or force majeure events such as war, civil strife, or natural calamities.

Refunds and Claims
Refunds are not provided for missed services, unless verifiable extenuating circumstances apply. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of program termination, accompanied by supporting documentation. Claims for missed days must also be submitted within this timeframe.

Traveler Representation
The traveler represents that they, or anyone traveling with them, do not have any condition that could pose a hazard to themselves or others. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any individual from the trip if their condition affects the group’s safety or enjoyment.

Air Transportation
We arrange the best-priced airfares available in the desired class of travel.
