Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi – Hemingways Nairobi
Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and transferred to Hemingways Nairobi, a luxurious boutique hotel located in the serene Karen neighborhood. Overlooking the Ngong Hills, Hemingways offers an elegant and tranquil setting, perfect for starting or ending your Kenyan safari. Popular with high-level delegations and VIPs, the hotel boasts 45 spacious suites, each with a walk-in dressing room and a private terrace offering stunning views of the hills. After settling in, you can enjoy a light lunch at the Brasserie, which overlooks the beautifully maintained gardens. Dinner is included, and you will spend the night at Hemingways Nairobi.

Days 2-4: Chyulu Hills – Ol Donyo Wuas Lodge
In the morning, you will be driven to Wilson Airport to board a flight to Tsavo West Airstrip, where you will be met by your driver guide and transferred to Ol Donyo Wuas Lodge. Nestled between Tsavo West and Amboseli National Parks, the Chyulu Hills feature a striking landscape of ancient volcanic cinder cones and craters, with the most recent peak formed just 500 years ago. Chyulu is also home to the world’s longest lava tube and offers breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to see a wide range of wildlife, including elephants, leopards, buffalo, antelopes, zebras, and more.

Ol Donyo Lodge is located on over 111,000 hectares of private land in the Chyulu Hills. The lodge, shaped from ancient lava rock, offers an array of safari activities such as horseback safaris, mountain biking, guided walking safaris, and open vehicle game drives. You will stay at the lodge for three nights, with meals provided throughout.

Days 5-7: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Mara Plains Camp
On day five, you will take a scheduled charter flight, stopping via Nairobi, to your next camp in the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Known for its rich wildlife, the Maasai Mara is home to the Big Five: elephant, lion, leopard, cheetah, and buffalo, as well as numerous other species, including zebra, wildebeest, and Maasai giraffe. During your stay, you will have the option to participate in morning and afternoon game drives. You may also opt for a balloon safari, which offers a breathtaking aerial view of the plains at sunrise, providing a unique perspective on the incredible wildlife below.

Mara Plains Camp is a luxurious safari camp located in the Olare Motorogi Conservancy, just on the northern boundary of the Maasai Mara. The camp is part of the Great Plains Conservation Réserve-Collection and is one of Kenya’s three Relais & Chateaux properties. You will stay here for three nights, with all meals provided.

Day 8: Departure – Nairobi
On the final day, you will start with early morning coffee, followed by a last game drive. After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Wilson Airport in Nairobi. Depending on your schedule, you can opt for a dayroom or additional meals before being transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your memorable adventure.
